The Village of Carbon Cliff has a contract with the City of East Moline to handle all Plumbing, Mechanical, Building & Electrical permitting and inspections.

Any new constructions or renovations done to your home or business must be cleared through the Village Hall first. You may contact Nick Gottwalt at 309-796-6045 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You may check to see if you are located in a Flood Zone or Floodplain by going here.
