At the Village of Carbon Cliff, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality water services to our community, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation.  Feel free to call our office if you have any questions or need assistance with any matters related to the water we provide!

New homeowners are required to pay a Utility Deposit when filling out their Water Service Application Form.  For your convenience, you can print the form online and mail it into the Village Hall at the address listed above.  Please do not send cash through the mail. The utility deposit is returned to the homeowner when one of the three conditions occurs:

(1)  Eight billing cycles (2 years) have passed on your account or,

(2) The utility deposit will be applied to your first late bill to avoid being charged late fees. If the deposit does not cover the cost of the bill, the remaining balance will still be due, or

(3) The homeowner sells the property, in which case the deposit is deducted from the final bill.  In the event that the final bill is less than the deposit, the remaining balance will be returned to the homeowner.
